The Kobe KD7454 is one of the best jaw crushers that is available for fixed quarry or mine plants. The KD7454 has a production capacity ranging from 565 tonnes per hour at a discharge setting of 6" (150mm) through to 880 tonnes per hour at 12" (300mm). Kobe crushers are very well known for their outstanding quality of workmanship, design, materials and construction. The KD7454 can be fed either directly by dumping into the crushing chamber or by large feeder bin. The double toggle crushing action is well suited to the hardest rock and the massive 74" x 54" (1880mm x 1372mm) feed opening allows the operator to feed it with big rock and enjoy the flow on benefits to the pit operation such as wider blasting pattern, use of bigger equipment for loading etc.
